Step 1 — Employer Sponsorship
- Verify employer's visa block (quota) with Saudi Ministry of Labor
- Confirm job title, salary, and contract duration in demand letter
- Match candidate trade with approved visa profession code
- Obtain power of attorney from Saudi employer for recruitment
Step 2 — Medical Examination (GAMCA)
- Register candidate at GAMCA-approved medical center in Nepal
- Complete required medical tests (HIV, TB, hepatitis, pregnancy, etc.)
- Obtain GAMCA medical fitness slip for embassy submission
- Re-examination if any medical issue is identified
Step 3 — Document Preparation
- Prepare employment contract in Arabic and English
- Obtain MOFA attestation on employment contract
- Compile passport, photos, and educational certificates
- Obtain police clearance and insurance documents
- Complete Enjaz online visa application form
Step 4 — Embassy Submission & Stamping
- Submit complete file to Saudi Embassy in Kathmandu
- Pay visa fee and obtain receipt
- Biometric data collection at embassy
- Visa stamping on passport (typically 3–7 working days)
- Verify visa details match demand specifications
Step 5 — Pre-Departure & Travel
- Conduct Saudi-specific orientation (culture, laws, heat safety)
- Obtain final labor permit from Nepal government
- Book flight to Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, etc.)
- Airport departure and arrival confirmation with employer
